Homie has passed up numerous record deals to stay in Ohio close to his daughter
along with a talented family that hails from a music career inherited from the gospel side to the commercial side homie has inherited all the talents through school taking Engineering for music production and also being a drummer himself.
 Ohio is a  place filled with raw talent often many there are not heard from but when someone makes it they are very supportive in most cases. like many rappers Homie, jas had his share of troubles 
being arrested spending time in jail in some cases only adding to the fan-base
Homie is the son of a preacher and an evangelist but doesn't focus on that backdrop cause this young man stands alone when it comes to his music career. including songs like Bonnie and Clyde
, Nobody Like You , Come Get this Money and a catalog of Music unreleased.

Berry Gordy, Jr. [1]  (born November 28, 1929) is an  American  record producer, and  songwriter . He is best known as the founder of the  Motown   record label , as well as its many subsidiaries.  Gordy was inducted into the   Rock and Roll Hall of Fame   in 1988. The  Gordys  are an  African-American  family of  businesspeople  and  music industry   executives . They were born to  Georgia -reared parents Berry "Pops" Gordy, Sr. and Bertha Fuller Gordy and raised in  Detroit , where most of the siblings played a pivotal role in the international acceptance of  rhythm and blues  music as a crossover phenomenon in the 1960s. The accomplishment is attributable to the creation of  Motown , a company founded by the seventh-oldest sibling,  Berry Gordy, Jr.  Gordy was inducted into the Junior Achievement U.S. Business Hall of Fame in 1998.
