Maya Angelou An Angel Has Lifted Her Wings and Flown Away
Maya Angelou was an African-American author, poet, dancer, and singer. She published seven autobiographies, three books of essays, and several books of poetry, She was credited with a list of plays, movies and TV shows as well as books that Inspire and educate women. She was a gracious woman and a great African-A merican who will always be remembered for all the great things she has done and written. Her book inspired me to write my first church play from a poem she wrote called I'll Rise. She had a lot of wisdom about the days before us and her mission was to educate us as a people by making us aware of our value as people and to remind us where we came from how we had to fight to get there.
