Plummer, best known for small roles in Speed and Showgirls , is being sued by movie worker Lawyer Henderson over accusations he dropped out of starring in The Governor's Daughters. Henderson claims he paid Plummer for the role and covered his travel expenses, suffering damages amounting to $50,000 (£31,250), according to a lawsuit filed last week (ends15May11) in Georgia and obtained by TMZ.com. *A lawsuit has been filed against Glenn Plummer by a man claiming the paid the actor to star in his movie, only to see him drop out at the last minute. According to the documents filed last week in Georgia, Lawyer Henderson claims Plummer dropped out of a movie he was making titled “The Governor’s Daughters.” Lawyer alleges he paid Plummer for his role, shelled out travel expenses, and suffered damages to the tune of $50,000.
